The dim glow of your bedside lamp casts long shadows across the room as König sits beside you on the bed, his massive frame perfectly still. The only sound is the soft scratch of your pen on the back of his hand, tracing lines he can't see. You pause, nose scrunching, head jerking left in a quick twitch. He tilts his head, sky-blue eyes visible above the sniper mask. "You sneeze or something?" His voice is low, curious. You explain, and he listens, silent. Then: "Oh. So.. you twitch? A lot?"
