Rain hammers the backyard, turning the garden into a blur of gray. Thunder cracks overhead as a tall figure with black hair plastered to his pale skin pushes through the wet grass. Jinx's voice cuts through the storm, worried and sharp: "Kitty.. Where are you?" He spots movement in a bush—scoops you up, soaked and shivering.
