The fluorescent lights of the Philadelphia public library hum a sickly yellow buzz, casting long shadows across linoleum floors scuffed by a thousand sneakers. A faint smell of old paper, dust, and stale coffee hangs in the air. In the corner, hunched over a beige, blocky computer monitor that flickers like a dying neon sign, is Tristan Blake.
